    "Dinamita" vs "Chino"

A fight between "Dinamita" and "Chino" would be great to see even on PPV. Former four-division world champion Juan Manuel Marquez and current WBA welterweight champion Marcos Maidana should fight soon. It would rake in good PPV or even if televised would bring in big numbers. Marquez (55 wins {40 ko's, 15 by decision} 7 L {6 by decision, 1 disqualification} 1 draw) even at 40 years old still produces good quality fights. Maidana (35 wins {31 ko's, 4 by decision} 3 L {All 3 by decision} 0 draws) doesn't stay behind as he continues to climb up the ladder of success. It would be a war of give and take. It could be a fast paced fight and we could see either boxer get KO'd. I hope this fight gets made, GBP make it happen. If this fight was made who would you pick to win? I give Marquez a slight edge.

Hey my good buddy Flaco,,, Good thread

Honestly right now i favor maidana to win a war, in a fight that looks alot like morales-maidana...

JMM will use some veteran tricks and lure maidana into traps, but i dont think he can do it for all 12 hard rounds,,, I think JMM is at the point in his career, like many great fighters, where he only fights in spurts,,, You say it in the bradley fight,, JMM is slow, powerful and extremely skilled but just doesnt have the youthful legs anymore to go hard like he did a few years ago,,,

I feel maidana will not rush in, and actually use his jab to offset jmm's timing, and i think at times jmm will get the better of maidana but in the long run, maidana will win a razor thin decision

My good buddy...I agree as it seems like a good competitive fight with a slight edge on either winner.

I got marquez winning 7 -5 it a rought fight marquez may be old but chinos stamina is not that great either. His best chance is to fight aggressive if he takes his time it gives marquez more breathing which lets him think easier and calculate his next move

Nothing I would like to see more before he retires than to see Marquez vs Maidana. Dinamita is my boy but I would probably pick Maidana to win this. Marquez has slowed down quite a bit and this was pretty clear in his last two fights. At worst this becomes a foty candidate.

It is definitely an attractive fight, more so with Maidana holding a title now. However, we know Marquez and he doesn't like dangerous feelings. Bradley is the safest route towards that title he is looking for and he is acting accordingly.

I predict Maidana via KO or TKO. Marquez has amazing recovery abilities, but he doesn't have a granite chin. I'm sure that Maidana will unleash hell that Marquez's size just won't be able to handle.

I know because fighting Pacquiao 4x and Mayweather (jumping two divisions) isn't dangerous at all.
