How much would pacquiao vs canelo generate

Would it break floyd vs de la Hoya?

I don't think it will break floyd vs canelo, but how many numbers do you think this generates?

      Right now..over 1.5 million easily.

After a Pacquiao win over Bradley or JMM & a convincing win from Canelo over El Perro....over 2 million, easily just for the curiousity factor alone.

Canelo vs Angelo will do around 750k+.

it would be lucky to hit 700k at the moment. canelo is irrelevant at the moment, he NEEDS something major to get back the hype he lost, and i dont think angulo will help that.

if pac beats bradley by ko & canelo gets a great win over angulo.... then maybe 1.2 mil.... and thats mostly due to pac.

800K due to Canelo, the last Pac fight was 475k after a heavily advertised scrap, they would be lucky to do 1mil.

If Arum is given the same amount of marketing money and allowed to add strong undercards, he could do far better.

Showtime makes less than they spend as opposed to HBO spending less and making more.

SHO is possibly losing money on Mayweather's fights. Every direction they face is costing them huge amounts of money starting from Mayweather's guarantee. Every move Schaefer makes, he spends thousands of dollars, if not millions. Arum does it quid pro quo, or "you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours." For example, when he sends Pac/Marquez to Mexico, Mexican promoters are footing the bills for the tour; same way Macau casino operators paid for Rios/Pac tour, and presence, in exchange for promoting their business, etc.

That's why PPV numbers don't paint a complete picture. How many PPVs do they have to sell to pay for Mayweather's guarantee? Go figure.

It would do huge numbers,, easily over a million,, probably 1.5 mil,,, I dont see it breaking the 2 mil mark, but would still be a huge blockbuster on par with floyd-cotto, or floyd-shane

It depends on how/if they win their next fight. I'm sure it would've made more than May-Alvarez, if Canelo had fought Pac before Floyd.
