Gamboa looks desesperate for a fight. WTF was he thinking to sign with 50 cent. That was a bad move. I was a fan of his and I still think he could make some noise but al the inactivity will hurt him. His last 2 fights were ****. I was there in MTL when he foight on Stevenson undercard and it was a ****ty fght. Who would have thought that he would be fighting on Stevenson undercad one day... What a waste of talent.

      when was this?

QUOTE=robust_;14155185]Mikey has been calling out Gamboa for years. He did it after Salido and the fights before that; he even said he would move up in weight to fight him. Gamboa thought he was too good for the kid, but now is begging for a shot.

Mikey's in the driver's seat, so to speak. I think he sparks Gamboa at this stage in his career.[/QUOTE]

Lol if Gamboa manages to get Brandon Rios in a ring over talking **** on twitter I will swallow all the **** I have talked about how ****** I think that strategy is. But i still rather see him fight Mikey Tho if he beats Rios means nothing just another guy beating the potato sack. People that say Mikey calls out Gamboa so what you can call out santa clause if santa clause is waiting for you in your town ready to sign then fight and you duck that means you dont want to fight santa clause you rather fight burgos. I thought the fight was gonna happen as much as them and this guy.

I love that dude wish I could talk like that like I was drunk even sober

any who Ive always said Gamboa needs to stay active..

                    why not fight Rios?

How will Gamboa handle a shot? since he gets layed out by Filipino fishermen?

Gamboa retires Rios if the fight happens, Rios is damaged goods and was never all that great. Tenacious and brave as hell but even when he wins he takes a beating. Gamboa on the other hand is quality but his career really hasn't taken off the way it should have and I suspect he is to blame in part for holding out for too much money.
