Floyd never wanted cut of days you idiot. The only reason there was talks about cutt offs was because Manny got a last minute fear of needles after everything was already agreed upon and Floyd wanted to still make the fight by compromising on his only demand by offering Manny a cut off to save the fight. Why did Manny wait to the last minute after everything was agreed upon to develop a last minute needle phobia?

Actually, it appeared that everything was agreed upon but Floyd and company got scared that Manny walked right thru Big Cotto, Oscar, Hatton ..... and not even Floyd could do that. So then Floyd brought up the PEDs , right? Oh yeah, the PEDs accusations started even before all that but then during the negotiations they all got on board with the accusations, it just helped derail the negotiations not make it better.

This was not OST nor they part of the commissions current rules. So these made up rules were all negotiated. So don't make it sound like they were official. Manny agreed to FULL urine testing and blood testing that had a 10 day cut-off difference compared to Floyd but that is as far as they agreed.

I don't know how anyone could think this is a real offer. Imagine if the NFL told the players from the Broncos and the Seahawks that this year's Super Bowl earnings will be donated to charity. Lets how many players would show up to play.
