Anybody (involved into this kind of fight) would have to donate their earning to charity, or it's only the fighters? Like would Schaefer and Arum receive their money or should they also work pro bono?
Well, nobody has an idea on this?

That came from arum. But yea if Manny wants to make a b.s. offer to counter Floyd's b.s. offer that's fine. But don't make an offer that legitimizes Floyd's. Many could easily have said let's fight in manila and that would be enough. But to say he'll fight for free after Floyd's offer of 40 mil is a bit dumb.

I do because Pac is an honorable man. Can't say the same for Maynever aka Scaredweather.

The bottom line is, a boxer isn't a chicken because he refuses to fight for free. If Pac doesn't adopt this new business model for all of his future fights his motivation for making such an idiotic challenge will naturally be called into question. If altruism is at the heart of this, we should see future requests of his opponents to fight for nothing. So fans can be happy and the fighters can be as dumb and broke as Pacquiao.

Manny, you have business obligations and debts, live up to those responsibilities before you go asking someone to hand over their earnings....

Pacquiao pulled off what many consider a masterstroke after Mayweather derided the eight division world champion on several occasions recently, claiming that Pacquiao was begging for a Mayweather fight because he had tax issues with both the US Internal Revenue Service and the Bureau of Internal Revenue in the Philippines.

What does the revenue services PAC owe think about the free fight? When has PAC been able to negotiate a fight? Floyd's response will be PAC fight for free and he will want to be paid.

He wouldn't be fighting for free, he would be fighting for charity, there is a BIG difference.

Did his wife not threaten to leave him due to his infidelities?

He says he'll fight for free if Floyd also fights for free. They'd both be donating their earnings to charity. In essence, it's an even split.

With the $40m offer, Mayweather stood to make significantly more than Pacquiao.

Not hard to understand. Both are obviously joke offers though.

This is as a serious offer as the $40 million zero PPV offer. But people on this site are dumb enough to believe both offers are serious depending whos nut sack you hang from.

You should have gotten over that in early 2012 since Manny squashed that one and said to Floyd on his official website that he is ready and willing to fight Floyd in May (instead of June)

but only Floyd MONEY Mayweather fans can make a discussion about making more money an excuse and not look in the mirror ..... just too funny!!!
