I just didn't agree with Floyd bring up Manny's personal tax money problems and throwing it in his face ... And I think this is the best thing manny could have said about it. history are dated (or sometimes carbon dated)because the time sequence are important to explain why things happen as they are. it is dated to prevent "error" or sometimes "spin". floyd fans would spin and bundle history without time sequence. eg.

manny is challenging floyd (jan 2014)>> manny would not take blood test (dec 2009)>>> floyd dont want the fight (jan 2014).
floyds fans conclusion: the fight isn't happening now because of the blood test.

the conclusion seems legit. but if you are aware of the time sequence it is so obvious that it is a "spin"
