Lol...Oh dear Jay, how fooking basic are you, you biased arse frotterer!? So I'm guessing that you've decided to dispense context and think that the $40m 'offer' was realistic.

one small difference - at least Pac's offer that won't get accepted as a noble gesture - If May calls his bluff (which he wont) then hundreds of millions go to charity. With Mayweathers offer, if Pac called his bluff,, Mayweather wouldve made over 200 million for one fight

no- it doesn't prevent the fight from happening bc Floyd already said he wont fight Manny when hes under TR, which he is for another yr - so thats irrelevant. This was Pacs way of calling Floyds bluff. Floyd says you only want it to help wit Tax problems - so Manny says - lets fight for charity.
How does that "prevent " the fight from happening - as if there was any chance floyd was gonna fight him regardless

Some dumb mofos on this tread.

All it mean is: Pac donates his earnings that means what he clears after all is paid. Meaning: PPV, sponsors, support teams, venue, ect.

Everyone will get paid BUT Pac unless Floyd wants to do the same, then more money for danations.

If I was Pac and he was serious abot this offer Ill come on every network night shows, Fox, CNN, ESPN, UNIVSION, etc and call him out every week until the fight is made!

Tell him to keep his portion of the purse, he can come out last, his Floyd name listed first, at Floyd's venue location, testing and all other ****** demand.

            Make this $h1t happen NOW!

The trend I'm seeing in this thread is that Pacquiao fans believe the latter and Floyd fans the former. No one knows for certain which is the case and until Floyd responds or Pacquiao releases another statement, we won't know for certain.

Here's the interesting thing though, Floyd fans really sound like they don't WANT it to be a real offer. Everyone should want this offer to be real. I have no idea why they want Floyd to make another gazillion dollars and feel so strongly against it being an unprecedented Super charity event. Morally-bankrupt motherfuckers
good point. I always find it interesting when boxing fans say fighters should take the easiest fights for the most amount of money - that's the manager's job. us, as fans should want the best most competitive fights

NEGOTIATIONS STARTED WITH OST WITH NO BS CUT OFFS. OST WAS THE VERY FIRST THING ON THE CONTRACT AND TEAM PAC WENT IN KNOWING THIS SO WHY AFTER EVERYTHING ELSE WAS AGREED UPON, WAS PAC ALL OF A SUDDEN SCARED OF NEEDLES AT THE LAST MINUTE?
"For a while" doesn't mean from the start. Accusations started before then and progressed during negotiations but yeah, after a while .... Manny never said that he was scared of needles. Manny was concerned about giving blood close to the fight and I'm sure he had concerns about training as well.

Negotiations started with OST!!! Dan Rafael conformed it and even conformed it that is was at the very top of the contract, so I ask you why did Manny wait to the last minute after everything was agreed upon to have issue with testing?!
