I think Pacquaio is pointing out how hilarious it is for someone who values materialistic things so much and does so little for charity, to dare claim Pacquaio is only wanting the fight for money, even though he's well known for practically throwing his money away to people who need it in the Philippines. Pacquaio is probably the most charitable boxer I can ever think of.

Essentially, Pacquaio is putting Mayweather in a situation where it's much easier to see how much of a money hungry moron he is. He shouldn't be so ignorant towards Pacquaio's situation with money or tax, but alas, he can never keep his uneducated mouth shut.
