Depends whether Marquez was winning the fight like Pacquiao was winning the fight and if Pacquiao was working with a steroid dealer, had muscled up and gained 1-punch power he didn't have before.

Yes, but this can easily be explained if you heard Marquez, and Nacho's interview before the 4th fight.
Marquez said that in his 3 previous fights he had trained to fight Pacquiao with his speed and quick countering, hoping that would carry the day. Since the judges obviously didn't take to his approach, he said for the 4th fight he was training to KO Pacquiao, and that is what he did.

Add to that the fact Pacquiao is no longer the fighter he once was.

He said Ruslan would be 'better', and Bradley would be 'difficult'. He has previously said Bradley would run all night and make Pacquiao look bad. He has also said Ruslan needs a special headguard to spar Pac because he cuts so easily. Roach wants the easy win over the 'difficult' challenge and the chance to a avenge an official loss.
