I would like to see Ward vs Pascal at 175.

It would be boring as ****. Pascal will fight 30 seconds per round and on those 30 seconds he will get hold 4 or 5 times by Ward. So no thank you.

Ward needs to fight, Kovale and or Stevenson, so he can really display his skills. I reckon Ward is very skillful but his tactics sometimes are borderline dirty and make for some boring fights!!

I would like to see Ward vs Pascal at 175.

I can't see how Pascal would win that fight. Andre Ward would make him pay for waiting so much. He would close the distance, tie him up, and limit all his bursts.

It would look a lot like Pascal-Hopkins 2.

But if Ward is looking to transition to LHW, I think Pascal is ripe for the picking. I think that's a very winnable fight and a big money for Ward as well.

The funny thing is Bute is much better than before he got beat down by Froch. He fights far more cautiously leading to a much better defense, his all out style only worked on stationary bums that couldn't fight back. His new style prevents him from getting KTFO.

His new style will also prevent him from getting many if any wins too. U cant keep ur hands in your pockets for 10 rds of a 12 rd fight and expect to win unless you have a chin like James Tony and ko power like Roberto Duran had.

lol good analogy but im not kicking the dog when hes down. Im new to the forum but to my peers i have been saying for a long long time Bute is given an easy ride. Im not the one to say "OHHHH exposed" after one loss ie Abner Mares even though he was fighting great opposition, but i knew once Bute stepped up he will lose like Carl Froch and now this.

I know pro boxing is matchmaking but id rather have a fighter take risks and lose rather have an inflated record and milking a casual fan base for their money.
