The fight isn't on yet....might be a strategy to make the fight with Garcia more exciting when you think it could have been khan.

I agree about garcia, but to fight pacman? I hope he eventually fights him, pac does not have any skills whatsoever that will trouble mayweather. None. He will not knock him out w one punch, and he damn sure wouldnt outbox him. Dont mean to sound like a hater, but i truly believe my statement based off of their fighting styles.

No, he can't. He could barely beat a faded Julio Diaz in his last fight, and got starched by Danny Garcia in his last meaningful bout. Before that, he got outhustled by Peterson. What am I missing here? This fight is laughable.

Golden Boy Promotions CEO Richard Schaefer is trying to finalize a fight between WBC welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. and British superstar Amir Khan. Mayweather is scheduled to return on May 3rd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

While Khan is viewed by many a huge undercard in the fight, Schaefer believes Khan has the skills, and the speed, to give Mayweather a lot of trouble and potentially pull off one of the biggest upsets in the last few years.

Schaefer has been obsessed with Khan/Mayweather ever since I can remember. Khan wanted Alexander before taking on the Mayweather fight. GBP and Haymon didn't want to risk it. They've learned their lesson when they pitted him with Garcia.
