Comparing it to Floyd-Guerrero is dumb because it was 5 or 6 years prior. Mayweather was not the PPV star he is now.
Lets crunch the numbers then, shall we? How much did the brit ppv cost? All that matters is what Floyd got in the end.

he was prime or around it back then... and coming off his biggest ppv selling performance.

no need to be insulting.. I can be plenty insulting as well, if I choose.

It wasn't his PPV, it was Oscar De La Hoya's. The Hatton fight was Floyd's first real time he'd have to carry such a huge event. Before that, he was drawing 300k with the likes of Baldomir and Judah.

Being "prime" doesn't mean **** when you are talking about PPV. Mayweather has becoming an increasingly bigger star since the Hatton fight so comparing it to Guerrero is beyond ******.

How lucrative is the Argentine PPV market?

This fight is an easy sell to the casuals, Khan is the wonder kid with lightning hands who won the Olympics at 17, beat up Judah, Paulie and Maidana and even owned Manny in sparring and has only ever lost to drug cheats and lucky punches.

Just show some highlights of him landing flashy combos on Judah and Garcia, dropping Madiana and a couple of KOs.

This is the biggest challenge Floyd has ever faced!!

casuals aren't too concerned with facts, they'll eat that **** up.

and hardcore fans will buy it despite their protests, if you bought Ortiz or Guerrero you're buying this. Let's face it, if there was gonna be a protest it would have happened well before now.

But it still hasnt been addressed that mayweather was dlh's biggest payday by far. To me, they both got each other there.. dlh because of his golden boy image and mayweather as the foil with the genius 24/7 formula.

any ppv that Money got from the uk market was a significantly smaller cut than what he got of the US proceeds, as well.

Mayweather will take at least 50% of the UK PPV against Khan. That much is for sure. Timothy Bradley and Lamont Peterson were given that deal. He may even get more.

What outside PPV markets is Maidana bringing to the table?

It's called marketing, that's how Showtime is gonna spin it. Casuals didn't see khan v Diaz, they only know names like Judah, Paulie, Maidana.

This is the guy Bradley was too afraid to face etc etc blah blah blah.
