  • Can someone please Prank Mayweather? Pretend Pacquaio is at one of his press conferences or events, make it look legit by having a huge entourage at the event pretending to provide Manny with security.

Few guys should confront Mayweather stating, "Pacquiao wants to talk to you"..
I'd love to see Mayweathers reaction ala Margarito

    • Mayweather is using Pacman's problems in tax just to get out of the fight.

      • I've never seen a boxer make such a big deal about another man's finances and personal problems to duck a fight. A coward at its finest.

          • Blood Testing: "Arum: The Fight's Off" Dan Rafael ESPN January 7, 2010

            http://sports.espn.go.com/sports/box...ory?id=4803490

Quote: "Pacquiao (50-3-2, 38 KOs) didn't want any blood testing but had agreed to take three blood tests: one during the week of the kickoff news conference, which would have taken place next week; one random test to be conducted no later than 30 days before the fight; and a final test in his dressing room after the fight. Mayweather (40-0, 25 KOs) would have been subject to the same testing procedures."

Quote: " Said Koncz: "We agreed to move the drug testing to 24 days under the supervision of the Nevada commission and Mayweather still wouldn't budge. So now what we've done is give up maybe $40 million to take a stand for Manny's principles."

Cuts: "Blame Bob Arum for No Pac-Floyd Fight" Dan Rafael ESN January7, 2012

            http://espn.go.com/boxing/story/_/id...yweather-fight

Quote: "Arum figured Mayweather would be in jail and off the table. Now that Mayweather is available and seemingly would like to make the match, Arum suddenly isn't interested. He used the lame excuse of the cut Pacquiao suffered against Marquez, saying he might not be ready for May. (I've never heard of a cut taking more than six months to heal.) However, earlier this week, when Arum thought Mayweather would be on ice behind bars, he said there was a good possibility Pacquiao would fight in May. Moments after Mayweather was granted the continuance, Arum changed his tune."

Quote: "We're fighting in June, one of the four guys," Arum told me over the phone. I asked him, now that Mayweather was available, would he at least be part of the conversation when Arum meets with Pacquiao next week?
A perturbed Arum's response was, "Absolutely not. Nope." Come again? You won't even talk about it with Pacquiao, I asked very politely. "My mission is to go over to the Philippines and talk about these four guys," Arum said. "If Manny feels he wants to go in May, he will tell me. I want to make sure Manny's cuts are healed. We won't fall under this kind of pressure. June is much more likely for Manny's fight, not May."

Quote: "But at this moment, the fault of a fight not being made falls squarely on the shoulders of Top Rank promoter Bob Arum, who, in my view, simply doesn't want to make the match at a moment when there seems to be no legitimate impediment. Arum doesn't want to match his cash cow, Pacquiao, with somebody he doesn't control, and he has no control over Mayweather. He once did, but that was years ago, before their nasty breakup."

            I'm just sayin'

exactly! what does manny's tax problems have anything to do with fighting him. floyd wont even excercise the thought of a fight with pac anymore. when he's being asked about it all he talks about now is pac's tax problems, pac's last ppv numbers. nothing about i'll fight him if..... in the pass floyd was very vocal about a fight with pac IF pac agree to ost.
