Glen Johnson is a good choice.......but the thing about this thread that bugs me is really? Zab Judah a journeyman? No....just no...he has had an excellent career and was undisputed champ. He lacked the mental toughness to be a great but he was still a damn good boxer. He might be a gatekeeper now if anything, but that's what happens to most older world champs...they become the guy you gotta get through to get to the current guy. Even then he still gave the best 140lber in Garcia a tough fight.

That's almost as bad as the person who called Jermain Taylor a hype job....I don't remember who it was but god help me if it was you.

Freddie Pendleton was one, but he was only a journeyman til he turned his career around.

          Zab Judah a journeyman.... smh

You clearly need to revise your definition of journeyman.

Glen Johnson is not even a proper journeyman!

Darnell Boone or Ross Purrity would be proper choices.

Not sure any of these guys are journeyman.

A journeyman is below a contender or gatekeeper and they fight for very little money, struggling to make ends meet.

Most of the guys mentioned here have been world champions and made millions or at least 100s of 1000s.

It is not easy to know the definition of a journeyman.
It´s not Zab. It´s not really Glen Johnson either, even if he was closer.
Freddie Pendleton was a good answer, thats more a journeyman type.
But the most succesful journeyman ever could be James J Braddock. Heavyweight champ back when boxing really mattered.
Dennis Andries was 26-6-2 when he won his first world title, 3 -time worldchamp after that.
Johnny Nelson is another good example. He was 31-12-1 before his first titlefight win. Then he reigned as WBO cruiser champ for 7 years, 15 defences. He actually lost his first 3 profights. And at the start of his carreer he was so bad that when he was an amateur, his coaches used to toss a coin to determine who would be unfortunate to be Johnnys cornerman and be disgraced. He lost 12 of 15 amateurfights.

I don't know about all time but Rosado is obviously the flavor of the month.
