45/55 is a terrible offer coming from Pac. Especially when Pac doesn't put down money to make the event happen. What you guys fail to realize is in this fight Floyd is paying Manny's salary so it has to be at least 2 to 1 in Floyds favor.

No he did not! He offered Pac straight 40M w/o PPV share. Did you guys realize that 40m should be split w/ TR (due to his contract) and to his entire Team. however, Pac was guarateed 20-25M plus lion's share in PPV sales to whoever they put him in the ring those times. Please do the math. And besides, if Pac agreed to all of is demand (including tests) and offer, what we can hear from Floyd next is "I don't do business w/ Arum". Always trying to make out of fight?
