Murray already punished his fans by pulling out of the fight with his "injury".
You really think the people going there are doing it to watch murray watch the fight?

Thousands of dollars to watch him fight.....
If they wanted to meet him, they could've spent way less money doing it in England instead of flying out to another country, buying a fight ticket and a hotel.

I guess Berman isn't convinced. Probably had the doctor's note, but he most likely isn't convinced since Cleverly must've had a doctor's note and now he's supposedly fighting again soon

      BOOM
And that's why he doesn't trust them.
Clevelry must've had a doctor's note too and now he's setting up a fight for a month later?
      WTF?!?

Technically, you're right. But in principle, it's a shitty thing to do. That's why the least they can do is let Murray in so the people who bought tickets could meet him.

Like I said, the promoter isn't punishing Murray . I doubt he gives a fuck about seeing Golovkin live. The promoter is just punishing the paying fans.

He could do that, Berman probably just pissed

Well I don't know how I missed that since I've read it multiple times. Good catch, even though it was right in the beginning.

If Murray is injured, he's injured. If there was a doctor's note, then we'll have to accept it. There's zero evidence that he's not injured and that he's fighting Sturm. Even Sturm specifically denied the rumor. If Golden Gloves wanted something more iron clad, they could put in a contract that they needed to use a neutral doctor of their choosing. That's on them.

What exactly is banning Murray accomplishing? Murray gives zero fucks about seeing Golovkin live. He's not going to cry over not being able to see a boxing show live. The guy admittedly doesn't watch boxing at all that often. If anything, he would want to stay as far away as possible from him. The only possible thing it accomplishes is being a dick.

I live in California. It doesn't mean I could just walk up to the houses of the many boxers who live here, and knock on their doors to meet them.

Obviously, they didn't buy tickets just to only meet him though, but it would be a nice consolation if they could just meet the guy if he's not fighting. There's hardcore fans for everyone who buy ticket just for one fighter, even if there's only a few.

Of course Sturm and his team would deny that.... are you kidding me?!
If there was even a slight sign of Murray doing that with Sturm, Berman would crush them for losing his even money and breaking his contract.
Are you saying it's cool if Murray beats some kind of doctor system?

                What a joke.
And then when he gets another fight made, his hand will be all better.
WHat'd he do, chip a nail?

Sturm rumor was invited out of that recent artitle of Murray saying he'd like to fight Sturm after Sturm called him out in the post Barker interview. That in addition to the rumors of Barker retiring. They put two and two together and figured it's likely hoping they'll be lucky enough for it to be true. And the original source for Murray pulling out of the Monaco card for Sturm was the Daily Mail. The same source that lied about Murray fighting Golovkin in Monaco.

Macklin is screaming for that fight too.....where's his rumor? What does Murray have over Macklin anyway.
Murray has no leverage other than he'd be the easier of the two..... only way I see that again.
Out of the 4 options, Murray is the easiest and that's the only way he gets the fight....being the weakest of the 4... definitely showed in his last fight too
