Basically Berman also had Frank warren pulling cleverly out of his fight against one of Berman fighters, the guy is just pissed at British boxers at the moment. Give him time and he would calm down.

Has every right to be. They're in his show, pull out less than a month before it goes down and they make him find replacements.

      Makabu opponent is utter trash

Proof of injury is always required on contracts in order to pull out without getting sued. A doctor's note is required at least. And there's no real evidence that Murray is fighting Sturm next so this is kind of ****ed up.

How about the rights of the people who bought tickets to see Murray? They bought tickets with the promise to see Murray and Golden Gloves didn't deliver. The promoter is ultimately responsible. Unless refunds were offered, Golden Gloves is being the ****. The least they can do is let Murray in.

                  He injured his hand.

It's not as if Murray is somehow missing out not being able to attend the show. He's not punishing Murray. He's punishing the people who paid good money.

I'm pretty sure all tickets have that little thing written in there that bout is subject to change. I forgot what fight this happened with, but it happened with a main event where the main event opponent changed after ticket sales.... I think it was Rios/Gamboa to Rios/Abril

                    He did? Where'd you hear?
I guess Berman isn't convinced. Probably had the doctor's note, but he most likely isn't convinced since Cleverly must've had a doctor's note and now he's supposedly fighting again soon

Murray wants to go so the fans can at least see him in the stands? But he's not allowed?
