That's the dumbest shhh i've ever read on here...the size of his head. Have you ever met a philipino, or even a mexican in person. I guess 80% of mexico is on PED's too. In NYC they call mexican's fat head because they have huge heads I guess we should call them PED Heads according to you. The difference between pacquaio and Bonds is that we never saw Bonds back in the flesh. PED users by majority develop massive body acne..well show me a picture of Pacquaio where you see massive acne outbreaks. Matter of fact look at Mosley, vargas, and Gamboa's skin during their PED periods and you'll see what I mean.
