Arakawa really impressed me when he fought figeuroa, he was taking some brutal punches but never gave up. I think linares will win UD12 but have mercy on his soul if he steps in the ring with figeuroa who will eventually wear him down and stop him in the later rounds.

      I still like watching Linares.

He should of never gone with Roach and instead hired someone like Nacho Berestein.

Am I the only one who has any faith in Linares? His loss to DeMarco wasn't really a knock on his skills, his face just didn't hold up and I'm sure all that blood affected him a lot. And then there's the Thompson loss, a hometown stoppage. That "doctor" was going to stop that fight regardless whether Linares could have continued. He looked at Linares for literally a second before taking out his ****** cards; seriously what the hell was that?

I think Linares can beat Arakawa and Figueroa. He stops Arakawa and gets a decision against Figueroa with probably a couple dangerous moments in the later rounds.

Yes I agree, especially with the loss against Thompson.

I think those losses affected him mentally though.

Still have faith in him though.

Possibly. More importantly, he doesn't seem to mentally break during a fight, just ran into unfortunate cuts and crooked officials. If he steps his competition up again and stop beating on Japanese jobronies, I think he can still make a bigger name for himself.

NVSAC better watch Arakawa as he's taken worse than sever punishment in his past 2 losses vs Figueroa, & a worse beating, tko loss 2 Daniel Estrada...he's a death waiting 2 happen...

I'm still on the bandwagon I think he's going to be too quick for Nihito who'll be bringing it every second. Now that he's back with Sendai Tanaka Jorge will be back to his best nice sharp combos, using his feet and looking too counter like against Contreras unlike with Roach who just had Jorge constantly leading out with an aggression factor off a billion

If he's still with Salas, Salas can do some good things for him.

If Linares' face wasn't made of jelly he would beat Figueroa. He'll beat Arakawa handedly tho.

I guess that answers my question. He left Salas that quick?

Linares is pretty used up but he will still be a test for Figueroa.
