He basically schooled James Kirkland till that unfortunate DQ.

I do respect Canelo's skills enough to box smooth and outpoint Angulo, but Angulo does have the capability to end it with one shot. I wish the latter.
He didn't school kirkland and has never done it to anyone, he hugs his way to draws, victories and ugly fights...

Yes what he does is illegal and him landing clean punches is only a secondary goal to him pushing opponents into ropes, holding them and smothering their offense, I hope he never gets a tv fight again.

Nothing wrong as long as its not illegal. If his style is ugly or not fun to watch has nothing to do with him being good which he is with a 6-1 amateur record and now a world champ. You mentioned hugging yet you have Richard Abril in ur avatar. Im not taking shots dont take it wrong as i myself love abril and think hes the best at 135lbs but he too has wat u can call an "ugly" style so im intrigued by youre comments about Molina's style.

Hes been robbed way too many times. He basically ruins "THE" prospect and gets robbed. Molina was ahead on two score cards vs Kirkland and the one that had'em behind was ofcourse Gale Van Hoy. Kirkland was neutralized and Molina took his right hand away. Schooling doesnt necessarily have to be Broner-Maidana type of fite IMO.

I like Abril as I like molina because they had being underdog all their careers, but Abril make fighters miss and most of the time is the opposition the one initiating the clinchs, Abril can school a fighter because he knows how to box and when he sit on his punches he can ****, molina looks for the clinch and once there he star whaling away it doesn't matter where he lands those punches, clean (not often) or not, about the kirkland fight he was hurt and tired and three rounds to go, and we all know that kirkland is the enegirzer bunny and often has change a fight with one punch as he did against molina, my guess is that molina didn't have the strenght to hold kirkland any longer and was on his way to get ko, we will never know, waiting for Lara-molina rematch...
