Thats it man keep doing your thing (winning). You may never be a "superstar" but for the hardcore fans you are special. Very epitome of "coming up the ranks".

I like Lara too but i edge Molina cuz he only had 6-1 amateur record and look where he got through hard work only. Canelo knows even if he beats Molina (aint happening) IBF aint gonna let'em fite Salido in a title defense it'll be against legit light middleweights.

How does Molina have less KO's than Paulie Malignaggi?

Cotto - Martinez also plays a huge factor, if Cotto wins Canelo will immediately jump to 160 and leave Lara behind him...but then a new duck will begin, an even more dangerous duck...GGG!

But im hoping that im wrong...i mean fighting Trout, May & Angulo is not bad, many people thought he would duck Trout (myself included) and proved us wrong and he definatly gets a pass for fighting Angulo after coming off a loss, this will be a tough night for him in there.
If Lara keeps getting belts how about a fight with Floyd?!!

"all belts do is collect dust" floyd

Floyd aint going no where near Lara. He doesnt appeal to the casual fans wanting to watch a brawl along with Mayweather's style itself. Plus Mayweather himself depends on fiters with a big fanbase to be on his cards or fight them. So Lara thing is not even an iffy its a no no. Sadlly, cuz its high risk and low reward.

Canelo took the most profitable fight. The only fight where he's in danger of being knocked out too. Though maybe the easiest fight (I personally think Molina is probably easier).

Lara will happen with another good victory or two. People forget, until the two track stars (Trout and Lara) fought, Lara didn't really have many clear dominant victories over good opponents (Angulo's eye swelled something nasty while it was razor thin, Molina and Martirosyan fights were draws, and Lara lost against Williams though I didn't see that one so I can't say what it looked like).

People act like Lara is Rigondeaux, or (huge lol) Floyd. He's maybe the 2nd best 154 lber. He has good skill at moving around a ring, but it's not like he's a master. This "terrible" and "weak" opponent that Canelo chose (Angulo) decked Lara twice and gave him all he could handle.

If Lara gets around Molina or Kirkland, he probably has enough of a name and accomplishment to fight Canelo next. I'd be surprised if it doesn't happen in Canelo's 2nd or 3rd fight of 2014, unless Lara loses beforehand.

Lara-Molina would be a rematch between two guys who had a very close first bout. They both bring some hardware to the table now, and they're both angling for a big-money fight. The ingredients are there for a nice fight.
