When is the last time Pacquiao knocked someone out? He would not knock out a young, strong 154 pounder.

I give Canelo a decent chance of beating Pacquiao. Manny is no defensive wizard like Floyd, Manny is there to be hit. IF Canelo catches Manny with something big, he COULD finish him (see the bold). And Canelo is a pretty good counterpuncher too.

Pacquiao's team made it clear after the Margarito fight that he won't be fighting above 147 anymore. He is too small to take the punishment the bigger men dish out especially to the body. So he won't be fighting a hard punching bigger man like Canelo who hits very hard to the body. Also I think Canelo has had enough of catchweights and would not fight at less than 154. If such a fight did take place I think it could go either way. Pacquiao has a big edge in speed and skill and a much higher work rate. Canelo is much bigger and stronger and he hits very hard. If it goes the distance Pacquiao probably wins but Canelo would be the one to score a KO. I am not sure of the winner but I am sure the fight won't ever happen.

At 147 I think Manny would beat Canelo

        At 152 and beyond

        Canelo would destroy Pacquiao.

If Josesito Lopez could put hands on canelo, pacquiao would wreck him. I agree with everybody else who say canelo has overrated skill.

Canelo has no chance against Pacquiao at any weight

Canelo couldn't get out of the way of Floyd's punches which are like molasses compared to Pac's handspeed

Just because Canelo is "cute" to some doesn't mean he's a great boxer lmao. Hes a paper champ at this point in his career

He needs to go up to 160 soon I think that will make canelo a better fighter
Canelo gets stopped by Pac? Pac that hasn't stopped anyone since he stopped Cotto on his feet back in 2009? Canelo, who has never been stopped before and never really been close? Mmmkay.
Bad fight for Pac. Canelo is way bigger and stronger, and has the timing, accuracy and defense to make Pac work for everything and hit him HARD when he makes mistakes. Pac could out hustle him to a decision or get KTFO.

I think ppl are absolutely delusional about what PAC is capable of at this point. Its almost sad. But they will be put out if their misery soon enough.

pac claimed that rios hurt him pretty bad to the chin (a 140 slow plodding rios that didn't really even land anything) also canelo is a counter puncher who throws in combos when he spots a opening (mayweather is a defensive mastermind) mayweathers style didn't allow canelo to land.........pac comes in guns blazing and would give a hell of a lot more opportunities.

And why should Canelo fight Pac? hes young, theres so much waiting ahead for him as far as career is concerned, he should not fight Pac else hell get hurt. Pacmans more destructive fighting bigger men. Pacmans punches might not drop Canelo but for sure hell be bleeding a lot with pacquiao's paper-cut-like breaking skin punches. Imagine if you have experienced paper-cut, your wound throbbing with pain that never deadened. maybe a repeat of broken orbital bones with the style of fighting Canelo has unless hell wise up and go the way of clottey and rios but then again itll be boring if thatll happen. So forget about it.
