clearly this is all about the money by team pacquiao. he could fight ruslan, bradley or gamboa and all 3 would do about the same. difference being gamboa will accept for less.

In reality it shouldn't be an issue who a guys promoter is. Floyd and Arum never have to see each other....GBP can mediate or get a real 3rd party mediator and hammer out a deal.
