I will only respect Broner if he commits harakiri in the ring while Maidana is bashing him in the face. Maybe then I will look somewhat more favorably on him, but its no guarantee.

I don't think anybody is blaming Broner, it is GB who is trying to screw Maidana over forcing him to fight Broner again when he should be getting a bigger fight for his upset win

Schaefer seems to be in desperation land these days. He's probably broke. I don't think he's making a lot of money from these Mayweather fights.

He wanted Cotto badly for Canelo, but got Angulo, instead. It almost seems like he wants something big and can't wait to get it. Haymon is the one giving orders on the Broner/Maidana rematch, he's just following orders.

You go right back into the lions den. You don't take an easier fight. If you can't beat him, you can't beat him. Shane Mosley is in a good place. Danny Lopez too.

I didn't vote no because I don't hate Broner. I thinks it bull**** he gets a rematch and it is as simple as that.

GBP are trying their best to rebuild there PPV young stars once again and if they don't start now Top Rank may pull some odd moves.

The way you worded your poll puts words in voter's mouths that they may not want to say. Just set the poll up with a yes or no vote and let the voters explain why they voted the way they did. I voted no, forcing the rematch did not impress me. The only thing Broner could do to impress me is to fight better in the rematch. I don't think he is brave because he faked being badly hurt when he fell to the matt after the head butt by Maidana in an attempt to get Maidana DQed. That is not the actions of a brave fighter. That is the actions of a fighter who does not like the way the fight is going and is looking for a good way out of it similar to Judah when he tried to get Khan DQed for a low blow. He has no choice but to rematch Maidana if he wants to try to get back the prestige he had before the loss. Nobody knows if Broner can still fight well at 135 or if he could beat everybody at 135. I don't hate Broner for forcing the rematch. It was in the contract and it is his right to do so. I don't like Broner and always hope he loses because of all the disrespect and verbal abuse he gives other boxers and his non stop bragging.

Bravery is confused with ******ity by many. Bravery that hasnt been tempered by wisdom is merely the act of a fool.

I respect Broner for taking an immediate rematch but he should listen to his management and Mayweather. Take a soft touch or two and wait for someone else to soften up Maidana, then go after him when he is ripe for the taking.
