Broner has got to earn respect. A couple commendable things don't make up for his whole career.

Rematches Marg...way down the road after his orbital socket was destroyed by Pac. Then wins by using the career ending injury he sustained from another fighter. I get the Broner hate but as a fighter it's a bold move personal feelings aside. I still don't get the love for Cotto, he can't beat the top guys and being the draw win or lose he'll still have big pays days so it's not like he's risking all that much. Hell he got worked by Floyd and Trout yet is possibly being gift wrapped a shot at the MW title after beating a journeyman....yes he's risking so much.

My respect for Broner grew, cause he continued to fight Maidana and showed toughness in that fight..It was something that I questioned(his toughness), he just needs to work on some fundamentals..

Same here. Outside of trying to get Maidana dq'd he took that beating like a man and even mounted some sort of comeback before getting dropped the 2nd time.

I thought Maidana would beat the living crap outa Broner, but he made it a little closer than I expected.

A real fighter never forgets losing and moves on career wise. You do the rematch win or lose.
that is just your opinion and nothing more. Im sure there are "true" boxing fans that still dont respect him. You dont speak for any one else other than your self.

I respect him for it and I think it's silly some "boxing fans" have any type of negative opinion about this. First fight very entertaining and you all got to see the guy you wanted to see lose get handed a brutal loss. Now the loser wants to avenge it like a warrior and somehow that's bad?

I voted yes. However, Broner is somewhat delusional if he thinks he can beat Maidana in 4 months. How about 18months? You know he will doing that ****** stance of his and slap his hooks. How about throw some straight right and mixing it with some decent jabs?
