That was not a loss? REALLY?? what was it then? It sure looks like a loss, it puts a 1 in the L column.. what B.S. is he trying to brainwash himself with... It was a learning experience??? What did he learn? THAT HE CAN'T BEAT THE BEST, AND THAT HE IS NOT THE BEST. So ya that was a loss and he fought as boring as Floyd that night... At least Floyd has a REAL DEFENSIVE SKILL that he's mastered.. which overshadows Floyd fighting like a pu$$y in the ring, and why he never gets K.O.'s and his fights always go 12 rounds, because he never comes to fight or take chances.. but like I said he has MASTERFULL DEFENSIVE SKILL that nobody else has, but wtf is up with canelo's b.s. excuse of that night... YOU TALKED ALL THAT MESS and YOU NEVER THREW DOWN IN THAT FIGHT.. AND NOW YOU SAY "I DON'T LOOK AT IT AS A LOSS".. basically saying "I DIDN'T LOSE"... YES YOU DID AND YOU LOST BAD!!

According to Floyd's own words that loss doesn't count because of the catch weight forcing Canelo to fight 2 pounds under the weight limit (Floyd's way to demean Pacquiao victories when Manny requested catchweight in the past).

I hope el Perro takes this overrated BUM's top off! Canelo lost to Trout in a close fight and was fed smaller fighters who moved up (examples-josesito lopez, Cotto's brother etc)! He is NOT that talented and is simply a cash cow!

Well it really was a defeat. Hopefully he learned his part, but I think everybody expected a little more(too much) from Canelo when he fought Floyd.
I still don't understand why he wasn't more aggressive and/or pressing the fight.
It should be enough to beat Angulo tho but he has no chance against Lara if he fights like that.

Canelo already tried to get Kirkland they didnt want it...bring him on. Bring Molina on too it doesnt matter. I wanna see Rabchenko and Cotto as well.

if angulo that fought lara shows up, and really puts it on canelo, i can see this fight looking like the bute-froch fight were one guy just gets overwhelmed in the dogfight

Angulo looked good against Lara until the "injury" but his last couple of fights he has been hit A LOT. I think he loses to Canelo only because he may has a little wear and tear on him.
