The reality is Floyd has come up with roadblock after roadblock.

Well you don't ring up a man in the phillipines offering him a fight if you never want the fight. That's a logic that can never be debunked, it's all good and dandy saying to the media "I want the fight" but you can't do anything because your hands are tied by Bob Arum. I never have any doubt that both fighters want this fight, am sure this fight gets signed the moment Arum isn't in the picture just like Mayweather-Cotto got signed the moment Cotto was a free man.
