FFS Pacquiao didn't turn the testing down, Arum did, he's the negotiator, Pac just does what he's told.

Unless you're suggesting Arum was somehow complicit in the doping of Pacquiao your point is a dud.

Yeah! The truth about what actually happened EVEN direct article quotes are rubbish compared to personal opinion. For me this not about consigning Floyd but more go against the blatant emotional ******ity and blind love. Does Floyd contradicts himself? Sure! Is he at times annoying YES! Can he be difficult and hard headed sometimes? Of course! But one thing he cannot be accused of is not trying to make the fight happen. I rarely if EVER read any accountability in regards to Manny Pacquiao by his fans. Facts STILL and will remain that Mayweather tried to make the fight with Manny and each time Manny refused. No matter if his fans felt testing wasn't necessary or 40 Mil was too low. Facts are, Manny Walked away from the fight because Arum didn't want it. Floyd says leave Arum and we can fight. That's considered ducking too? It's been done. Manny fans excuses him more for not fighting Floyd than anything else.

Technically Arum works for Manny (or supposed to).

Yeah but you know that's not how it works in practice. Manny isn't telling Bob "I want this, this and this and I won't do this". Bob is in charge, Pac leaves him (and a bunch of others) to do business on his behalf.

How convenient for him and his fans. He can never be held accountable for any decisions he makes. Guess he was doing what he was told when he held out for another 2% against Hatton and threatened to pull out if he didn't get it. FYI - Bob paid it out of TR's cut.

You are delusional when it comes to any Manny vs Floyd discussions because you are still so devastated he beat Hatton all your logic and common sense just get's thrown out of the window.

Once again, he has a negotiating team who handle that business. If you think Pacquiao was personally turning down testing, well then you probably believe 9/11 was an inside job and all the other conspiracy theories.

Let's be real here, Floyd isn't fighting Pacquiao even if he leaves Bob Arum. He doesn't want to fight him, he never did and he likely never will. It's clear from his comments that "Money" would prefer if Pacquiao retired so he didn't have to hear about him and just pretend he doesn't exist.

Finally you understand why Floyd told Manny to leave Arum.
