Would've been down the line anyway when Ishida probably would've retired.
Murata fighting a Brazilian who's good at home, but lost to some decent fighters

He looks in WAY better shape than I expected. He's the man to take down Wlad.

there's a big difference between looking OK at the weight, and being a HW, doggies. that's not a HW. that's a guy who got knocked out at MW by the end. it's not like he was a massive MW, either. he had absolutely no power at the weight.

a lot of your favorite fighters at 160 and 168 get close to 200 lbs when they're not dieting, training hard, and limiting their water intake. that doesn't make them HW.

ishida is only doing this by virtue of the weakness of the japanese HW scene.

he's still a bad dude, though. i remember him coming out to some absolutely badass jap tunes once, and realizing that this man was the real deal.

From a pure bodybuilding standpoint though, its pretty impressive how he looks at 201 from making 160, wonder what his diet and training was like though I wish Ishida the best its a pretty interesting endeavor.
