Difference between cotto situation and this fight is the fact that cotto will be an optional defense for serg, while this is for a vacant title, and vacant titles in theory should be 1 vs 2 contenders,,, if cotto was fighting for a vacant mw belt then I would have a problem with it, just like how I have a problem with manny-Margs joke title fight

They did it once ith Pac/Margo..... they'd have no problem doing it with the #2 vs an unrated opponent.
