Just stop, you making yourself sound like a fool trying to justify this garbage ass fight. Talking about old ass fights in 2010/11. Its 2014 and in his last 4 fights he's been getting his head knocked all over the ring and looking worse than ever in his career, and struggling with C level fighters (Who also knocked him down).

I'm not trying to justify anything. Because A. it doesn't need to be justified because Mayweather is not obligated to do anything with his career and can fight anybody he wants. He could fight the guys who just lost to Khan. That's his business. If anyone has a problem with it: Don't watch. Is Mayweather victimizing people by holding a gun to their head to pay for his fights? Where does all this butthurt entitlement come from for Mayweather? He has to keep fighting and only fight people we think have a good chance to beat him or we will whine and cry and call fraud on his entire career. That's all I take away from all this crap with the Khan fight.

And B. I'm just tired of people acting like Khan is some nobody when he's really only lost one fight honestly in in the last five or six years and you can put his performances and wins up with almost anybody not in the p4p ranks during that time. Seriously, almost nobody thought he got bested by Peterson, so you've got only Garcia since Prescott and he was putting in sensational performances on the regular. But people can't wait to cut him down and write him off at every turn. It's pathetic.

He was struggling with lower level guys since Garcia? Yeah okay. So what? That happens all the damn time to big name fighters. That's nothing even unusual. And it's even less usual when a guy switches trainers and rebounds from a big loss. The BS Khan gets is ridiculous. You think I'm trying to justify something and am a fool or thinking Khan has a good chance or is going to be a good challenge to Floyd? No, not really. I just think Khan's getting unfairly portrayed and Mayweather is being held to ****** standards. He just "cherrypicked" a guy many trumped up as one of his biggest challenges out there for him, he's in his late thirties and he's not allowed to take an easy one that would be a good name for most anybody else? I think that kind of thinking is that's foolish. Foolish and unreasonable. That's my opinion. If somebody doesn't like it, I'm not going to worry about it. Taking a good money fight that should be easy is not a mortal sin FFS. No justification offered or necessary.
