The Broner rematch is the best thing for Maidana.

1st and foremost, he's going to make significantly more money.

    2nd, it's most definitely a winnable fight.

3rd, he'd be the guy and this is a nice 1st defense of his new strap.

As far as Marcus Maidana goes, this is the best option for him, for his career. I support the fight and hope it happens. BTW He wins again, just like I said he would the 1st time!!

As far as Broner is concerned, he's brave, but not too bright.

The only thing that sucks about this fight is no Maidana-Thurman, and now we are most definitely left with Mayweather-Khan, which is straight up garbage.

I can see how that would affect the other guys who missed out on the opportunity. But this is the best fight for Maidana to take. Maidana probably would have ducked Thurman anyway. Besides if Maidana did fight Floyd, he'd lose and then what??

He'd be stuck with no title, no bargaining chips and be right where he left off before.

I do think Maidana will have to do slightly better body work this time around. And show more patience. He almost blew his load the last time prematurely.

Only way it's a trilogy is if Maidana puts in a rematch clause and he loses

It should be an easy fight for maidana. I don't know why broner wants a rematch. He is to small
