Pacquiao is an ATG. Even Armstrong would have a problem with Manny. You may say gtfoh but Armstrong's style was built for someone like Manny. Actually Armstrong only has a haymaker's chance of beating someone like Pacquiao. I would put Pacquiao higher than Armstrong. Let's not get carried away by the difference in eras, reverse both up Manny could definitely fight as many as Armstrong has. Let's put it this way...Armstrong was never a flyweight.

The 4 kings: Hagler, Hearns, Leonard, and Duran. I only give Leonard the chance to beat Pac. He might be a clown and I hate it when he chickens like that. But Leonard has speed and power. That is difficult for any fighter to deal with.

SRR is another monster altogether.

8th division was BS, but he couldve EASILY gotten a 154 title a more "legit" way... he couldve taken it from yuri foreman like cotto did. same strap floyd currently holds.

I'll give you Marg, bogus title. But don't see a problem with Diaz, who was legit top 5 and better than Gatti at 140 or several guys Cotto fought for titles. Remember Diaz stopped Santa Cruz who humiliated lineal champ Casa in robbery of the century. So 7 divisional titles, unmatched

Yeah I mean the problem with him is that he wants to protect the 0 at all costs and imo the darn shame is that we will never know how good he really is. However every time you watch the dude fight, there is no denying he is a genius inside that ring and definitely an ATG. What, rightfully so, doesn't put him higher on an ATG list is, as you mentioned, the fact that he cherry picks opponents to keep that "0".
