I would be quite surprised if this actually happened, whether Broner wants to or not. His handlers - from a business perspective - would be insane to let him in there again with the guy who just derailed a lot of plans for them. Although we have seen dumb moves from Golden Boy - Mares immediately back in with Gonzales is one such move - this would be truly ridiculous.

Two back-to-back losses to a brawler for a guy who has been sold as the next Mayweather would be irreparable damage. Maidana's confidence is now at an all-time high, and I would guess Broner's is at the opposite end of the spectrum.

Not sure what people are talking about... Maidana didnt totally dominate Broner... you got to see the middle rounds of the fight... without the knockdowns and the fight is very very close.... 115-110 is a close fight without the 2 knockdowns... and Maidana was hurt bad after round 11.. in spanish you could hear him and the doctor talking about if he wanted to continue... but all in all... not sure if broner will be him in a rematch though... but its not as far fetched as some are making it seem.. though agreed broner at the moment does not deserve a rematch with Maidana... he should try and get back into the win column.

oye Carlito, the kd's made blew open the scores in favor of Chino! Brian Kenny scored the fight the way it shouldve been announced. and chino was only hurt after the 11th cause he got nailed AFTER THE ROUND ENDED.....it shouldve been a wide UD on all 3 cards...i scored it 117/109

Personally a rematch would be cool with me -- **** I'd even buy that **** on PPV if I had to.

That said if the roles were reversed would Broner give Maidana a rematch? Hell to the no. If I was Maidana I'd pass on a rematch just to make Broner live with that beating for the rest of his life.

Well broner was the champ AND the money maker of the fight. That person always has more leverage and say

I agree it was a late punch or at the bell punch... UD sounds right... so you had it about 9-3... Thats a bit wide.. i had it 7-5 or 8-4. Brian Kenny was the only one with that score.. doesnt mean he was the only one right (or wrong)

I agree.... i dont get where people think Maidana shutout and totally dominated Broner... Broner just couldnt hurt Maidana.. and Maidana hurt Broner numerous times.

So your card was different than anybody i know.. including the 3 judges and everyone working the card at Showtime... thats cool and your opinion.. i had the fight about 7-5 or 8-4. Broner was stalking Maidana in the middle rounds.

That really does look bad.. LOL.. dont get who these judges then gave Broner more than 1 round... but then again my boy Cotto got outlanded vs Clottey and won the fight... Pacquiao was outlanded by Marquez and got the win..
