    That said, I wouldn't mind a broner/maidana 2 and mares/jhonny 2 card on showtime.
if they put that on mays card for may, that would be the 1st time i would think of buying mays ppv!!!! give me one more great bout and im sold!

Now whether or not broner was legit champ at ww is another argument. But since he was the champ, he should be given a rematch. Much like barker should get a rematch with Sturm if he can actually continue fighting and he lost worst than broner did.
if he doesnt have a rematch clause and in the fashion he lost, he doesnt deserve a rematch, even though he WAS the champ. but since he did have a rematch clause, this is happening. you saw it in his post fight interview with watson and i cant remember who else (maybe shafter) telling him rematch rematch)

and to the bolded, his management team, GBP and hopkins don't seem to think so. they want him to avoid a rematch at all cost. lol
Broner stamina is far from excellent. For one he doesn't throw enough punches I think that because of the weight lifting he does, as a result he is pretty strong, but his arms fill with blood an tire rather quickly, Berto is the same way. That why Floyd stresses that he does not believe in lifting heavy weights..so its not that Broner has bad stamina in the sense of going 12 rds but he has sub par all around stamina, mentally and physically.

The fight wasn't close. Maidana didn't just outhustle him, he dominated him.
Broner was never comfortable in the fight, and even in rounds he won, it was mostly because Maidana took rounds off.

I would rather see Broner fight Peterson at 140, get some confidence and maybe try the big boys at 147.

Great attitude by Broner, can't believe there is people still hating on the kid. Alright we all had our fun with that meme thread, but now it's time to give him some props for showing heart and wanting to get back in there with Maidana.

That's what I'm saying. I mean, he lost. It's not like Khan having Prescott chase him after he ko'd Amir and Amir running from the rematch.

I went to the fight, it was exciting as hell so I wouldn't be opposed to seeing it go down again. With or without the same result

I guess that would make a floyd/khan fight buyable but I will hold out hope that fight is not made.

Might be a bad move on Broners part, but you have to respect that if he gets back in there with Maidana right away. Right now its all talk and who knows if Maidana's people or Broner's people want to make this fight again. Broner really needs to work on his defense if he ever plans on being a great fighter. Obviously he his not tough enough to just stand there and slip with every fighter. He needs to work on his foot work. He says he can do it all, lets see.

I hope it happens, Maidana might just be too much again but why complain because he's wanting a rematch for?
                      Its more about the following;
                      1)Because he's a true piece of ****.
2)Because he got outboxed, outpunhced and simply beaten the crap out, really no question left so as to justify a rematch, especially not this quick.
3)Becuase he lacked the balls to man up after the defeat.
4)Because he STILL thinks he can demand sht, as in him not fighting anyone until he fights Chino.
5)Because he still doesnt have the balls to admit defeat. Outhustled? btich you had nothing for Maidana other than an amusing tolerance to get hurt beyond your best interest without going nite nite on the canvas, hence your broken jaw.

No worries, let me inform you about this forgotten "has been": Broner was this guy that once was considered the next Mayweather by some fans that didnt know the first thing about boxing. He ran his mouth non stop and got beaten the crap out by Marcos Maidana. Its only if you had been living under FMJ nutsack that you knew or cared much about this guy before he started filming himslef taking a dump and throwing money down the toilet, so its 100% cool if you didnt know about him
