    I love to see this fight happen. Geale is a proven fighter than Kirkland at 160. Mr. GGG needs to stop fighting tomato cans, and 154 pounders.

      It would not be a great fight. It would be a slaughter.

        Old Tweet, but reinforces who the other options is

        So Hershman says @KOKirkland or @RealDealGeale next for @gggboxing on @HBOboxing .
        Hopefully it's Geale
        @TomLoeffler1 @GaryShawBoxing

        Hoping 50 Cent works his magic and has it fall apart.
        Should've taken the fight when it was offered

          Whups guess that means Kirkland is the choice.

            Kirkland-GGG is a sexier fight on paper. I can easily see why they'd chose that over Geale.

              If GGG can't get a fight against any of the title holders then why not just fight the former title holders at 160lbs Geale, Barker, Hassan N'Jikam or M Murray clean out the division or take a fight or two at 168lbs against Groves, Kessler or winner of Steglitz- Abraham.

                It literAlly says in the thread that golovkin is fine with fighting geale but hbo doesn't want it

                  But golovkin and his team offered Geale the fight in Monaco. Geale's team even said they turned it down.

                  HBO's the one footing this one compared to Monaco where they're just getting broadcasting rights on HBO2

                    lol, Golovkin offers Monaco: NO! It's fine if Geale turns it down...business!
                    HBO thinks about Kirkland over Geale: Golovkin duckin! He never wanted to fight Geale!

                      I doubt Kirkland is even a factor.
                      Geale is a better name than anyone GG has fought lol
