I love Mandigo Warrior but even I think Geale vs Kirland is a much tougher matchup. JK vs GGG is just exciting for the rounds that it lasts.

Wasn't Geale vs Barker on HBO? And it was a pretty good fight too. Or am I thinking of something else?

So why would HBO be hesitant?

I thought it was a hell of a fight. This is garbage. They just want to keep GGG's kayo ratio high to impress idiot casuals who don't know anything maybe. Fooking HBO.

After Kirkland, we can move him up to the top 3 in p4p rankings

Again, I can't argue that, but HBO probably feel like they could get better with Kirkland, if he is the so called other options they're talking about.

Same reason why they won't make a Mora fight
Mora is understandable but like I said, Geale's been on HBO and in a pretty exciting fight.

Kirkland-GGG would be a great fight don't get me wrong, but I'm tired of seeing the MW champ fight JMW's. Put him in there with Geale. I think it'll be a great mesh of styles!

HBO markets GGG as the most avoided fighter on the planet and this is now the 3rd fighter, along with ward and mora, they are steering GGG away from.

I wana hear what GGGs team have to say on this, they keep callin guys out apparently and no one wants to fight them. So lets hear what they have to say.
Ah yes, the great Geale - the guy who struggled with an old Mundine, tagged at will by Sylvester's jab, barely beat Adama and Sturm... gets outhustled by Barker.

Let's face it, Geale isn't beating GGG on his worst day.

Don't wanna hear that honestly. If it was a fighter u didn't like, it wouldn't be an excuse.

I never said he would, but he is tougher for GGG than Kirkland and Ishidas of the world, GGG won't get a highlight reel KO in short rounds. He'll have to work for it and that stops the process of building a KO star. That's what HBO want to do, someone who can be marketed as a one punch KO monster.

Geale would get beat down like Stevens and Rosado and I don't think HBO were too unhappy with those results. As it's been speculated, Geale is probably asking for too much money in the present.
