So much talking, just sign the contract. This is a LEGACY fight for you. There's an opportunity to be great. I don't blame Adonis for chasing money, but that's the problem now a days in boxing, everyone trying to fight the "big names" "big draws," chase the "money fights" and not chase the legacy fights.......and most fans have no problem with it, in fact actually support it- as if they're the fighters accountants/fan club presidents and not fans of the sport of boxing.

Great fight whatever the outcome, it could go either way but I slightly favour Kovalev over Adonis, simply stated Stevenson was layed out by a 168 fighter in Boone whereas Kovalevs seems to have sturdy whiskers.. Eastern bloc fighters tend to have great chins!

Boone dropped Kovalev in their first fight, and Kovalev fought to a split decision with Boone in their first fight.

I hope neither of these guys lose before they fight each other.

Like I said in my post..... I don't blame him. But he can take the legacy fight (Kovalev) AND get paid. Hell he would probably get a career payday fighting Kovalev on HBO

Boone dropped Andre Ward too. Boone hit Kovalev with a bomb in the second fight and Kovalev ate it.

Darnell Boone pretty much gives no indication to how a fight would go between any combination of Adonis-Ward-Kovalev, considering he knocked all 3 down, and KO'd Adonis. Actually......Boone got interviewed and said Kovalev hits harder then Ward and Adonis and said he believes Kovalev beats both of them. So.......yeah, there ya go.

the fact that stevenson is in such a hurry to to cash in before facing kovalev shows he's not confident in his ability to beat him. if he thought he would win he'd beat kovalev to become the undisputed king of 175lbs and then take the money fights afterwards.

Kovalev seems to get better and better with every fight. It's not just his power, he has frightening accuracy and ability to read his opponents' movement.

Kov by KO. He's cut from a different cloth.
