floyd stays fairly dormant in-between fights... it seems he chatters on when pac has a fight coming up or if he feels pac is getting some hype again. floyd is always trying to hijack any pac press.

but then again, this is coming from fighthype... so they are always putting out a stream of floyd interviews & rants.

I watched matches 15 years before floyd fought for the US olympic team and will watch long after he retires so lets not compare whose a bigger fan of the sport.

I don't like they haven't fought-I just hold manny accountable for refusing on 2 different occassions.

I don't mind that floyd clowned manny for changing how he approaches floyd regarding the fight. Same way you didn't mind manny using he lead up to the rios fight to talk about floyd.

Either way, you and the rest of the protesters can keep yelling "death to AMerica" while burning flags and posters in the streets.

The problem with floyd is that every time he speaks he contradicts himself, so it's hard to ever take him seriously. Dude should just stick to what he's good at and that's boxing, he shouldn't do anymore interviews.

Lol. Its not hard to present facts. The fact - which you can also google - is that Mayweather's camp has tried on THREE different occasions to have negotiations with Pacquiao's camp. Three. Thrice.

Once in 2009 when Pacquiao walked away from talks because he said that drawing blood so close to the fight would make him weak and give Mayweather an advantage, Once in 2011 when Ellerbe himself gauged Arum's interest in making the fight through a third party and was told that they weren't interested in a Mayweather fight because they were pursuing another Marquez fight, and most recently in the phone call that MAYWEATHER, not Pacquiao, made DIRECTLY to Pacquiao to gauge his interest.

You can twist facts and read all the quotes you want, but you can't say with a straight face that Pacquiao, or his camp, have made any SERIOUS attempts to make the Mayweather fight since 2009. I don't give a **** how many quotes you post, I don't care how many times Pacquiao has said he wants to fight Floyd. At the end of the day Pacquiao has to go through Arum to get a fight done, and at the end of the day his camp has shown little to no interest in getting a Mayweather fight done.

Why doesn't Arum/Pacquiao just called Floyd's representatives directly and gauge their interest instead of relying on quotes clearly designed to troll them and every one of his fans? If they were really interested in making the Mayweather fight don't you think they would have placed at least ONE phone call to one of Floyd's representative in the last 5 years?

Mayweather must be having a bizarro world flashback from the days he was begging to fight guys like Arturo Gatti and Oscar De La Hoya. Pacquiao makes decent coin without him. Manny isn't nearly as desperate as he once was. And Pacquiao made his own celebrity in the ring. Not on reality TV flashing money and going to Taco Bell drive-thrus.
