Im sorry but you must missed some points. 40mil will definitely not going straight to Pac's pocket. It will be split w/ TR (because of his contract then) & other essential persons in his team. Lets say he'll get around 10-15mil WITH NO BACKEND in PPV Sales. How the heck will he going to accept that considering the magnitude of the demand of the fight. Plus, Pac's guaranteed purse then is around 20-25mil w/ PPV shares. Floyd will be earning around 80-120mil (estimated) for fighting Pac. Pac's a dance partner sir.

This is how Floyd operates. He looks for these storylines, to orchestrate yet another excuse. He'd rather give Amir Khan job a fight as opposed to Manny. This goes way back before Manny fought Bradley. Just like Floyd made Cotto & Mosley wait more than 10 years well past both their prime, he's doing the same thing with Pacquiao. Manny agreed to do a 45/45 split and the WINNER gets the additional 10%, and Floyd balked at the idea... tells you Floyd's not so confident he could beat Manny. Manny has never begged Floyd for a fight, now Floyd plays these games that Manny wants Floyd bailing him out of ALLEGED tax issues. Not true. Floyd likes to hear himself talk and few find him credible. Floyd needs to grow a set, then grow hair on that set, then be a man and sign to fight Floyd. Hell, Ray Leonard and Roberto Duran had two epic fights in less time that Floyd has stalled. It really is amazing how gutless Mayweather is.

It was pretty telling that he mentioned Pacquiao retiring. Floyd wants Manny to retire so he doesn't have to hear about him any more and all over sudden he can't stop talking about the Marquez knock-out despite it being over a year ago and Pac dominating an opponent 12-0 in November.

Floyd doesn't want the huge payday that comes with fighting Pacquiao, he wants him gone.

Man I hope Manny could leave Rob Arum soon. That's wishful thinking though.

It would be good if Pac left Arum even if he never fought Floyd, GBP has more opponents for him.
