Being gay is a choice or a preference as I would put it.

No one is born to like women or men; they just do so based on beliefs of their own, society, family &/or religion.

Being born handicap or with a terminal illness, you never had the choice to be 100% healthy. You do have the choice to be gay or straight.

This doesn't make any sense.

If it was a choice, then think about the feelings it evokes in you to be with a man. You can not just 'choose' to over come those feelings.

I did not compare it to that. I compared it to voicing your support for Hitler's doing. ****sexuals are lynched and hunted down every moment of the day in various parts of the world - like a witch hunt, similar to how ***s were being hunted - So how is that not a fair comparison?

If a public figure says something slanderous, and it is slanderous, about ****sexuals, it will give the people who don't know anything about it a reason to believe what he's saying is the truth - and from that the discrimination against them will continue.

So why should gays get more right than anyone else. Christians get slandered, ******s get slandered, satanist get slandered. But people wanna cry when gays do?? If speech is free, Holyfield can say as he pleases. Just like all those people that slander the rest.

Holyfield is allowed to say whatever he wants. Free speech doesn't mean he can say it and we're not allowed to use our own free speech to tell him what an idiot he is and how wrong he is.

Gays aren't getting any rights no one else does. If someone said Christianity is a mental disease that people should go to the doctor to fix, I'd bet that person would get a hell of a lot more backlash than Holyfield is.

And I can't think of any high profile voice who said anything about Christianity being a disease you should go to the doctor to fix. I'd love to see someone try and say that on some reality show here in America. People get pissed off about saying "Happy Holidays" instead of Merry Christmas.

And how do you think American's would be treated in ****** countries? There is a reason they are behind fortification or with armed escorts when they do work in these countries. That's a complete cop out. In reality ******s are treated very well in America.

It's like when India labelled Australians racist just because a few Indian students were bashed for their phones and laptops. The irony of such a claim coming from a nation that basically still has a class system.
