That Is correct, Christ never specifically addressed ****sexuality but does the above scripture Imply Christ Intended a man to be with a man? You yourself In a previous post stated that the bible was against ****sexuality. So why are you trying to keep the argument alive? But I'm not ****** enough to take what an ancient book, written by man, said 1500 years ago., literally" Do you agree that you can make that type of statement and maintain the fact that you are a christian? Does that not seem to be a contradiction?

Of course not. The Old Testament condemns ****sexual relations, so any talk about marriage would've been spoken of in terms of male to female relations. It's likely that Jesus would've frowned upon ****sexuality, but to say that he spoke on it is inaccurate. And if Jesus didn't address the topic, it's impossible to say what his thoughts would've been. It's not like he upheld everything the Old Testament had to say.

Otherwise, we would be executing people for adultery, bestiality, sodomy, taking the Lord's name in vain, cursing a parent and kidnapping, among other things, as the Old Testament orders. Have you ever received fellatio from your wife or girlfriend? That's sodomy. You would be guilty of a capital crime, according to the Old Testament.

A lot of people can't stomach seeing a live animal getting killed, whether it be a chicken, cow, etc. And they're unable to eat it afterwards after witnessing it. Animals though, when hungry, usually have no mercy for their prey. There's similarities and differences between all the species.

A lot of people would be vegan if they had to deal with killing the live animal, or being forced to see it killed before eating it.

You are entitled to believe anything you choose to believe and say whatever you feel like saying, after all, this Is a message board,and you are excercising your right to freedom of speech, which I believe was the Initial point of this thread In the first place. In closing, claiming to be a Christian yet denouncing the bible seems to be a contradiction, and I believe most people would agree.
