I don't know who this, Franklin ‘Jeng’ Gacal is but he's an absolute moron imho. Bob Arum does not work for the Division of Developmental Disabilities "DDD" as a social worker, he isn't responsible for what fans want or what someone thinks is fair. The person responsible for their career is Manny Pacquiao, plain and simple. I remember back in the day when Tyson started his spiral, people would say things like, "If Cus were alive Mike wouldn't be going through all of these problems." That's utterly ridiculous because he would, yes Tyson would have still ended up broke and on drugs.

These fighters are responsible for their lives and choices. The fact that Manny has such a vocal person in his corner is laughable because Manny went and signed right back with Bob the last time, and I strongly suspect he'll do the exact same thing again. When it comes to his career he behaves more like a zombie than a thinking human being that understands possibilities and opportunities.

Manny could have freed himself a long time ago, now voices from the sidelines have to plead for his freedom, this is really embarrassing......

You guys should realized this is a moving target. So many times we have seen it. This fight is not going to happen.
You mean like in the first negotiations when Mayweather agreed to everything that Pac wanted and Pac still wouldn't sign the contract?

I'm sure if Pac leaves TR, Floyd's new condition will be Pac has to sign with Mayweather Promotions in order for the fight to happen.

I think this makes good business sense for TR. Letting Pacquiao go fight Mayweather without TR could be the olive branch needed to end the cold war. TR would benefit if GB opens up its stable of fighters to TR...

If anyone, for a second, thinks that Bob Arum has anything to do with why the fight hasn't been made is out of their mind... or at the very least, forgetful.

This "I won't work with Arum" is pretty recent. Before that it was another excuse... and another excuse... and another. If that was the issue, why didn't Floyd say it 4 years ago?
