I guess the 1st ammendent freedom of speech is constantly being challenged now a days.

This is BB UK and we don't have the 1st ammenment here.

What we do have is a country where freedom of speech is taken for granted. You are supposed to be able to say whatever you like here, as long as you don't incite violence or hatred towards other people.

What Evander said about gay people visiting the doctor was dumb, but he wasn't inciting hatred or violence, just giving his opinion, which he is entitled to do. The BB people should not have warned him about that.
