Who's the biggest hype job in boxing today?

His accomplishments are pretty good for his age, but he seemed to hype himself a bit too much or more believe his own hype, and probably thought he was invincible. Also, his competition wasn't great and the first real top class and dangerous fighter (not feather fisted Paulie) he faced, he lost to. I think he's a hype job because many made him out to be the next Mayweather when he clearly isnt, is a bit of a wannabe and doesn't take his craft as professionally as he really should.Comment

you guys forgot to add Danny Garcia i like to watch him fight but i have hi as the most over rated.. he has only beat washed up cans and a guy who was way over rated now if mathy comes back and keeps winning my opinion might changeComment

danny was big underdog at the bookmakers vs lucas so he obviously wasn't rated highly enough at that point...
but i kinda know what you mean. he hasn't been dominating in some of his wins.Comment

Haha yeah man, I say again, most of these guys not my choice, I was reading a thread where the argument was about Kovalev and Bradley both being hype jobs, 1 of the guys told the other to make a poll to find this out so I just kinda took the baton. I certainly don't see Tim as a hype job, however I don't think he truly beat Pac man, and Marquez is both old and a good style matchup for him. Still, great Ws for his resume and by no means is he a hype job compared to some others on this list. However, some still have voted for him!Comment

canelo alvarez BY FAR.......
- he beat nothing but old bloated ww's and jr ww's
- he was gifted his first belt by beating matthew ****ing hatton
- he barely beats austin trout (who is a decent fighter) and all of a sudden that makes him RING champ and top ten p4p lol...
- he has only fought TWO top ten ranked jr mw's (ryan rhodes and austin trout)
- then he gets talked about in the same sentence as guys like mayweather and pacquiao.......
- and people OVERRATE his power to death....only jr mw he has stopped is ryan rhodes...and he was an old/past-prime euro bum anywaysComment
