Lets not forget what Mayweather is doing at the same time - he is denying another top fighter at shot at the title by not working with Arum - Timothy Bradley. So that means he is allowed to avoid defending his belt against two top Welterweights? He is shutting out Bradley with his attitude, not just Pac.

There was an interview on fighthype with Floyd and he was asked this specific question and his answer was that Bob has been the one holding up the fight, Bob was the reason for Pac not taking the drug test and then of course we all know that the second attempt was screwed up because Bob Arum said he needed time to build a stadium. Floyd said Arum has been the one screwing things up and holding up the fight. Now when you look back at it, Roach, koncz, ariza all said before that Arum is who you need to talk to as to why Pac and May havent fought. Now look at what happened last year, Floyd already had his fight and said he will be fighting on Cinco de mayo weekend, after this was already known Bob came out and said Pac will be fighting in April? On the negotiations Bob turned down because he said he needed time to build a stadium, Pac fought in Dallas Cowboy stadium which holds over 100,000 people. Why would he need to build a stadium that holds less when he could've held it at stadium that holds even more? Not to start more BS but Pacs former Promoter said he knew Floyd would beat Pac and thats why he kept Pac away from that fight. (interview also on fighthype). FLOYD said he is tired of Bobs games involving the negotiations so he said F**k Bob and I'm never doing business with him.

They didnt make Pac fight when he didnt want to do Olympic style testing...Or when Pac was offered 40mil, or when they could've fought in Cowboy Stadium but Bob insisted that he needed to build a stadium?

Arum is a ******, dirty snake, who's currently and successfully, financially raping the hell out of Congressman Pacquiao with the help of his inside guy Kontz .... Pacquiao is the key -- but, He has to get rid of Arum & Kontz.

The real question is why can't and won't Pacquiao leave a promoter that's doing him dirty day-in and day-out. It is the ultimate embarrassment for Pac to be a legitimate political official and at the same time, being scammed royally by his promoter.

None of that has to do with fairness to other fighters. If Top Rank had the top 5 fighters, Floyd would fight none of them. That means FLOYD is at fault. Just because Bradley may leave, doesn't solve the problem. Mayweather will never offer a deserving fighter under the top rank banner a shot and that is wrong. And he will vacate then before fighting a mandatory if top rank happens to have the mandatory fighter. The good news is Mayweather wont be around forever. I can tolerate a lot of what Floyd does and I praised him over his brilliant boxing against Canelo but he cannot hold titles hostage just because he wont work with top rank if they have fighters who the public want to see Mayweather fight or if they are mandatories. And Arum dying doesn't solve the problem but would solve some problems, that's for sure. Maybe he will get senile soon. But Schafer is a monopoly too. Fk all of them. Far as I'm concerned, every fighter should drop off of the TR roster and GBP and take control out of their hands.

Some of you guys will believe anything fmj has to say. Incredible. If Arum is truly the issue then why wasn't he an issue when talks started and stalled because of the drug testing issue? Why wasn't Arum an issue when fmj called Manny and offered him the forty million? Why wasnt Arum the issue when it he said his health comes first and on and on and on.

Its not going to make sense unless you are smart enough to read between the lines. Floyd is a business man first and his decisions are based on whats best for himself and TmT. I don't believe hes scared to fight Manny but rather scared of losing what he has built. Manny is the one person that can destroy it all. There's a saying and that's "don't put all your eggs in one basket". Manny is that one basket. Bottom line is hes ducking. Scared? Maybe but not for the reasons most of might think.
