He knew if he demanded a blood test arum wasn't going to allow floyd to dictate his fighters (rather manny was on roids or not i don't know) and the fight never got made. In Floyd's defense i got to say he has tried numerous times to make the fight. He called manny himself and tried to make the fight but manny said no. I believe if manny wasn't with top rank this fight would've taken place years ago...

I think manny should leave top rank, not only to make the fight but to end his career fighting good fights...

No one wants to keep seeing Marquez and Bradley fight manny..
And this is what im talking about so just because Floyd called and made pacman offer that means Floyd really wants it and since PAC reject Floyd's offer that means PAC doesn't want it?? So because Floyd won't fight PAC without ost does that mean Floyd doesn't want the fight then? U can't just base ur opinion off 1 person. When Floyd made Manny that offer manny was still pretty much at the top. Why would manny settle for anything less? Sure I agree now that manny will prolly not make that much off 1 fight but when Floyd made manny that offer PAC was still at the top.

That's the thing, arum is not just gonna let manny go just for 1 fight then he can come back. Do u think bob is a fool or something? Let manny go just once so manny vs Floyd the mega fight can happen while arum is left out of it with nada?? u must think arum was born yesterday. Let me ask u this then, why won't Floyd let top rank promote this fight with PAC just once then after the fight Floyd can go back to his tmt and golden boy?

Floyd is not gonna give in and arum won't either. That's why in order for this to happen they both just need to put their ego aside. The fight won't happen if PAC needs to leave top rank and vice versa. Floyd will not allow arum to tell him what to do and so will arum.

Has the question truly ever been answered as to why Mayweather wasn't hesitant to work with Arum back In 2009-2010 but Isn't willing to do so today?

I tried asking the same with zero response lol. All I got from the Floyd fans was run around answers.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure you will get an unbiased answer.

Pacquiao was kind of big headed when he thought he was the draw. I remember him trying to grind hatton down from 50-50 when he was bringing in most of the revenue. It almost killed the fight before pacquiao finally agreed to 50-50.

Pacquiao should have just took the 40 million flat fee, it's what he does for arum and Floyd would of been the promoter behind the fight.

You teens know nothing. First off if Arum really owed Floyd money than why not sue in a court of law? Everyone sues if they are owed especially if it's in the contract. Second the fight was worth more than 200 million in overall revenue. Who does business like that? hey Pac take the test and by the way take 40 million if not no fight. You basically don't want to fight the man. He already said everything we needed to hear. Don't know why Stans keep putting words in his mouth. He said he's concerned for his health, he will never do 50/50 and turned down 45-50 when Pac was #1 P4P, says he chooses opponents who will provide the most revenue and receiving less punishment, now he will never deal with Arum? I know its cool to support your fighter because he's your same race but c'mon and duck is a duck.

Floyd knows that Arum is money motivated just like him. He would still make a lot of money fighting Pac, but not as much if Arum is in the picture.

You'll deal with anyone if you want something.
You'll even deal with the devil. Especially when
                      you call yourself Money.
