Again, Manny didn't refuse "extra testing". They didn't agree on the cutoff dates. Floyd's 14 days was not some golden standard. Hence they negotiated and couldn't come to an agreement on blood testing but Manny was OK with no cutoffs for urine.

My point was that Rios got less news by Floyd and his fans than Manny with no proof.

Floyd gets what he gets because he says things like "All he has to do is take the test AND WE HAVE A FIGHT!" then Manny agrees to testing and Floyd comes up with other roadblocks!

Who is rios? He just proves my point tbat if a boxer could take peds and improve his ability to earn more in spite of lack of natural talent and good work ethic he would. If it were floyd who refused ost I would be harder on floyd because he is a role model for so many young fighters. And no fighter would have a problem with urine testing its so easy to beat. We are splitting hairs here. 1mthing being ignored is pac hasnt fought outside of top rank in a least 3 years. Floyd is not afraid of pac, pac is not afraid of floyd. Bob arum makes more money doing in house fight as opposed to sharing promotion of a match. Its much cheaper as there are no massive fees to be paid and he tells each fighter what they make. And he keeps all the ppv money and all other profits. I still think when the fight gets made floyd will beat the crap outta pac. Its not pac or floyd its arum. Arum has had his fighters fight outside his stable. Take Chavez Jr vs Sergio Martinez and now it appears that Cotto will fight Sergio Martinez after Sergio already beat up several of Arum's fighters. Crazy no?

So that logic is not correct.

It wasn't Arum that told Floyd to:
- Accuse Manny of taking PEDs
- ask for PEDs testing
- change PEDs cutoff dates
- remove PEDs cutoff dates
- Go on several vacations
- refuse to negotiate a fight
- ask for more money
- ask for ALL PPV money
- refuse to fight Manny unless he avenges his losses but Ortiz, Khan, Judah and others didn't need to.
- Manny needs to win more fights at WW first but what about Floyd's past opponents (eg. Marquez, Hatton, Ortiz, Sharmba, Guerrero and now maybe Khan)?
- Manny must leave Arum
- Manny must join Team Mayweather or no fight.
