pac has always been religious. All sorts of boxers have been caught with peds. pac has taken the same test but always test negative. This is a rumor the mayweathers started a few years ago because they couldn't believe how dominant he was. Pac a foreigner was getting more commercial endorsements than floyd was.

Everything you say here is probably true. Pacquiao was probably not on PED's, the problem was when he refused to take the drug test back in 2009-2010 it allowed room for doubt. It was a terrible move by his PR department. In trying not to give in to Floyds demands, and having Floyd dictate to them, they ended up making themselves look guilty.

Rios has definitely a granit chin, while hatton and Diaz don't, but I still think a more agressive Pac would/could have KOed Rios.
