Tyson Fury even admitted that AJ beat him up in sparring for 3 rounds straight when he was an AMATEUR before he even went to the Olympics. Said he hit him with an uppercut that would have knocked out David Price for a month or something like that bahahaa. Was really praising him. And again that is TYSON FURY who said that, a man of few compliments. Joshua would beat Hughie but the fight is still years premature. They fought the same journeyman Hrvoje Kisicek just months apart. Hughie first won by 6th round decesion, Joshua TKO'd him in 2 rounds. We'll see how both their careers progress over the next few years though.

Dare I say though, Joshua is the future of the Heavyweight division. If he fought a Klitchko TODAY he would give them problems and has a legitimate chance to beat them both at this early stage in his career from what i've seen. The only thing we don't know is if he can actually take a punch or not. That will likely be the ex factor in his career. If he has a solid chin he is going to be very hard to stop, but if his chin is glass, his skills will only get him so far. But he fights like a calm seasoned calculated pro thus far through his first 3 bouts. We "should" hear big things about this guy in years to come.
That is a series of massive statements. Joshua has looked good, granted, but how you could say he's the future of anything is beyond me. Price looked great too, until he got stuck in with someone legit. So did fraudley.

Hughie has no real amateur pedigree, and hes 19 years old. I hope they take it slow with him. With his frame and fame he can get sparring with the best in the world and really take the time to develop into a world level operator. No reason why he cant be.

There's plenty of talent there and the punching power will come as well; what Peter Fury needs to do is judge the right time and right opponent for Hughie to breakthrough and move up to the next level. Back to you Peter!

Looks better than most "prospects" out there...which isn't saying much but still good.

Bahaha @ Fraudley. Hey don't get me wrong, Joshua has a lot to prove but tell me this, when last have you seen a young BIG heavyweight with this much potential? I'm not talking hype wise brother, I'm talking skill wise. His skill set is on a different tier than the Price's and Audley's of the world. Price was never that impressive to me and Audley proved to have no heart. Mostly only fans in the UK really tooted their horns. Price in particular is grossly overrated.

What I see in Joshua is however is the "possibility" to be the top of the HW division one day, as he has the tools physically and is an excellent boxer at this very young stage in his Pro career. He can be the Lennox Lewis of today, a big Brit with real skill who can make it to the big leagues, not just be a Frank Bruno (good fighter, no disrespect, just wasn't great). But as I said, we don't know if he can take a punch. I guarantee you if this kid has whiskers that he gives the Klits a genuine run for their money. Not saying he'll beat em right now, just saying I wouldn't be shocked if he did something crazy like upset one of em because his hands are genuinely gifted and this IS the HW division where it only takes one. You don't have to be an expert to determine that after watching his fights and comparing him to other 6'5" - 6'6" Heavyweights that he is at a different level of skill than most are. Sometimes you can just see it in someone. The boy is a special talent but wether he has the focus, dedication, the chin to be a great we will have to wait and see. I have a good feeling about this one though like I haven't had with any fighter to rep the UK since the Great Lennox (also Canadian #braggingrights)
